Description
An English Country Garden Framed Abstract Painting
An English Country Garden comes alive in the summer months. Deep borders take on a lush voluminous feel and offer beautiful cool shade. Rays of sunlight penetrate through the foliage highlighting glimpses of a hidden magical space enjoyed by the creature visitors to the garden. Overhead orbed English roses puff out in their exuberance and their scent fills the air. Dappled sunlight makes for spontaneous patterns, shifting gently in the breeze. This framed floral will add a little touch of magic to your home.
This is a mixed media painting of acrylic paint, oil pastel graphite and bits of collage, hidden now beneath the layers but still there. The surface is textured and has a depth to it.
